1
Roadmap & Design

We start by understanding your goals and constraints, then co-design a roadmap that charts a clear path forward, including one or more sprints. This phase ensures alignment and buy-in across your team and sets up the conditions for a breakthrough teamwork.

2
Sprint facilitation

Through structured workshops and coaching, we guide your cross-functional team through the sprint process –from mapping the challenge and sketching solutions to decision-making and prototyping. Each session builds momentum and keeps everyone moving forward together.

3
Studio Access & Tools

Your team gains access to Groundforce Studio, our learning platform with curated AI tools, demos, and ready-to-use project templates. This support system helps you apply what you learn during the sprint and continue building digital capacity through connection to a community of practice.
